Room Rental

New Horizons Computer Learning Centres are able to provide room rental facilities to your organisation to help you facilitate your training / conference requirements.

Our fully staffed reception will greet your delegates on arrival; and register them for your course. If you need any special instructions to be provided to your delegates our reception staff will take care of your requirements on your behalf.

Our break area is available for your staff to use during the day,  There is a free hot vending machine, and a cold drinks vending machine. If you would like us to arrange a buffet lunch, this can be arranged at a cost to suit you.

We can accommodate students with PC's in rooms ranging from 6 to 21 students.  If you would prefer the room to be set up in a conference style with no PC's this can be arranged and delegate numbers will depend on the room configuration. All rooms have natural light and fully adjustable light settings. Rooms are fully air conditioned, with a ceiling mounted projector linked to the instructor machine. A white board is also available in each room. Flip charts / additional resources can be provided on request.

The majority of our rooms have computers of the following specification:

DELL PIV 2.6GHz, 1GB RAM, 60GB Hard Drive, 17" TFT Monitors

All rooms have ADSL internet access.  Higher specification machines / special requirements can be arranged on request.

Our "can do attitude" and flexible approach to your requirements enables us to find solutions to most requests. If you have any special requirements let us know your requirements and we will endeavour to build this into a tailored solution to meet your needs.
